What the survey covers
Surrey’s councils are inviting people who live, work, visit or run a business in the county to test where they would expect to find information on the future East and West Surrey websites. The announced exercise takes five to ten minutes and concerns navigation, rather than logos or branding.
Dates and help taking part
The published window runs from 10am on 21 September to 10am on 5 October. Drop-in sessions are listed for Woking Library on 29 September and Redhill Library on 1 October, both from 10am to 4pm, with no booking required.
Where to respond
Use the council’s official survey page linked below to check availability and take part. Our assessment: making essential services easy to find is a practical part of the transition. This exercise is an opportunity to influence how information is organised; it is not a vote on the merger or its finances.
