Richard Craig Leslie (born March 1961) is the founder and CEO of Dukelease Properties, a family-run prime central London property developer with a portfolio approaching £1 billion in value. He previously served as Head of Retail and Development at Barrington Laurence before co-founding Leslie Perkins and then Dukelease.

When GolDev Woking Limited was incorporated in May 2018 as the vehicle for the Woking stadium development, Richard Leslie was appointed as a director alongside Wayne Gold and his brother Spencer Leslie. The joint venture combined Dukelease's development capabilities with GolDev's stated local knowledge.

On 11 January 2021, Richard Leslie was appointed and resigned as a director of GolDev Woking Limited on the same day, while also resigning from his original appointment. This unusual same-day appointment-and-resignation pattern was mirrored exactly by his brother Spencer.
